AllClear Underground Solutions (“AllClear”) is a holding company launched by Calvert Street Capital Partners, an investment firm based in Baltimore, Maryland to facilitate the creation of leading provider of maintenance services to owners of water and wastewater infrastructure.


AllClear purchased Rowland I&I Solutions in 2022, Metals, Materials, and Engineers (MME) in April of 2024 and then Engineered Spray Solutions (ESS) Sept 2024. We are seeking to grow and evolve into a one-stop maintenance provider for municipal, industrial, & commercial operators of underground pipeline infrastructure (sewer, water, stormwater) in the Southeastern US.


To that end, ACUS is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to fill a new position on our team in a dynamic, high-growth environment.


Position Title: Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis


Summary:

The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FPA) will perform a wide range of planning and research related tasks including analyzing financial data, administering planning software, composing client deliverables, and preparing financial plans. A successful candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, work independently, and anticipate team needs in service to the client. The position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various service roles and work styles.


Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Forecasting
  • Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts
  • Analyze financial trends and provide actionable insights


  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Conduct variance analysis to compare actuals against forecasts/budgets
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance


  • Business Partnering
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and financial impacts
  • Provide financial guidance and support for strategic decision-making


  • Scenario Analysis
  • Perform what-if analyses to assess the impact of various business decisions
  • Model financial scenarios for potential business changes or investments


  • Ad-hoc Analysis
  • Handle special projects and analyses as required by senior management
  • Provide insights on market trends, competitor performance, and economic factors


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • MBA or relevant certification preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
  • Strong proficiency in financial software and tools (Excel, NetSuite, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
