The Sr. Revenue Operations Associate will own the Rev Ops function and be responsible for cross-departmental strategic initiatives, employing technology, and efficient collaboration to inform revenue-related decisions across the organization while bridging the gap between sales, marketing, and customer support functions. This role owns administration of our Hubspot CRM, the system that all of these teams use to do their work.

You will be the dedicated Rev Ops team member, with the goal of collectively ensuring that the organization reduces friction between key departments, and makes smarter and ever-increasingly informed decisions to improve the overall customer experience. The RevOps lead is responsible for providing best-of-class ongoing technology stack operations, business intelligence, and process improvement strategies.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Business Process Analysis: gain a deep understanding of our customers, business, and business processes. Be bold to challenge current processes, be collaborative and align with stakeholders on best practices to implement.

Own and Implement HubSpot Projects: You will lead projects in conjunction with internal stakeholders, set proper expectations, and deliver to timelines.

Manage and Maintain HubSpot CRM: Oversee the daily operations of the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring data integrity and system performance and responding to support requests from users.

Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure the HubSpot CRM to meet the specific needs of our business, including advanced workflows and reporting formulas. Conduct regular audits with recommendations. Ensure proper documentation of custom fields, objects, reports, dashboards, and workflows.

User Support and Training: Provide support and training to users across the organization, ensuring they are proficient in using the CRM system. Develop HubSpot knowledge base articles and videos for on demand training based on our company’s implementation.

Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of data within the CRM, including data imports, exports, and deduplication. Work with our data team to ensure connectivity to our reporting database for essential business data.

Automation and Workflows: Develop and manage automated workflows to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and operations performance. ● Integration Management: Manage integrations between HubSpot standard objects, custom objects, and other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or bugs within the CRM system promptly.

Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest HubSpot features and best practices, continuously improving the CRM system to meet evolving business needs.


Education and Experience:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or other related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

● A breadth of experience customizing and maintaining all aspects of Hubspot (Sales, Marketing, Service, Operations).

● Experience owning a large part of Revenue Operations responsibilities in a prior role.

● Adept at Microsoft Excel.

● Hubspot certifications and Hubspot community activity via events, networking groups and user conferences.
