What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Market Strategy, you will:

  1. Lead market strategy development, including voice-of-customer initiatives, market research, and actionable insights to align with Infotech's organizational goals.
  2. Oversee strategic partnerships to expand market presence and strengthen Infotech's product ecosystem.
  3. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Product and Revenue teams, ensuring successful product launches and adoption.
  4. Serve as a thought leader in the civil and infrastructure construction industry, representing Infotech at key forums and building credibility with industry stakeholders.
  5. Manage and lead departmental initiatives, including goal alignment, fiscal management, and talent development, while fostering innovation and collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must have

  1. Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 8 years of relevant experience; or Master's Degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. 2 years of sustained, excellent performance as a Director or comparable leadership role.

We'd like you to have

  1. 10+ years of experience in SaaS product marketing, market strategy, or industry engagement.
  2. Proven track record in executing voice-of-customer initiatives, developing strategic partnerships, and driving go-to-market success.
  3. Strong knowledge of the civil and infrastructure construction industry.
  4. Familiarity with SaaS metrics, pricing strategies, and market research methodologies (e.g., TAM/SAM/SOM analysis).

Technical skills we'd like you to have

  1. Advanced knowledge of SaaS applications and market dynamics.
  2. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and communication tools like Slack and Zoom.
  3. Experience with analytics and market research tools.
