Supply Chain and Logistics Business Analyst

Arhaus is a luxury furniture brand in need of an individual to support the company’s continuing technology growth. Arhaus is looking for Senior Business Analyst (Supply Chain and Logistics) to support projects and everyday operations across supply chain and logistics area. This is an on-site opportunity at our corporate HQ in Boston Heights, OH.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business and translate project requests & issues to business case narrative (Project initiation document, goals and objectives, cost & sizing estimates, ROI, etc.).
  • Interact with business to gather requirements and work with IT to develop functional solution design.
  • Perform business process analysis and capture as-is process and develop improved to-be process.
  • Develop use cases, functional specifications, process flow documents etc.
  • Responsible for Project Management when acting as IT Project Lead.
  • Perform system testing and work closely with IT & business teams on issues prioritization and resolution.
  • Work in a high paced and multi-projects environment.
  • Support implementation of Warehouse Management system, Warehouse Labor Management, Order Management system

Education, Experience & Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Related or business-related field.
  • 5+ years of business analysis experience (Requirements gathering, develop functional specification, use cases. process flow documents, test case development etc.)
  • 3+ years of supply chain and logistics experience.
  • Ability to handle multi-projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail oriented, proactive & problem solving.
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to translate IT terms to business and business terminology to IT development team.
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong presentation skills.

Preferred Qualification

  • Manhattan Active - Warehouse Management System or similar.
  • Retail Experience is a plus.
  • Merchandise Planning experience.
  • SQL and reporting experience.
  • Automation testing experience.
