The Role: Lateral Associate - Corporate - M&A/Private Equity | San Francisco, CA

We are seeking highly qualified associates from law school class years 2017 to 2020 to join a leading M&A and Private Equity team in San Francisco, CA. This position provides an unparalleled opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions while cultivating direct client relationships.

In this position, you will:

  • Build and maintain direct client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on complex corporate matters.

We are looking for candidates who bring the following qualifications and attributes:

Experience and Expertise
  • Experience: Law school graduate from 2017 to 2020 with substantial experience in M&A transactions and private equity matters.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate law, market terms, and deal structures.
Educational Credentials
  • Juris Doctor (JD): Degree from a top-tier, accredited law school with strong academic performance.
  • Bar Admission: Active membership in good standing or eligibility to waive into the California Bar.
