Job Overview:

The customer is seeking an experienced Workday Program Manager to lead a comprehensive Workday implementation across its subsidiaries. This role is pivotal to the successful execution and alignment of the Workday system throughout the organization, ensuring smooth adoption and integration. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing complex Workday projects and demonstrate a strong “Get Stuff Done” mentality to drive results.


-Prior experience in the implementation of Workday in large complex organizations

-Experience with large-scale ERP implementation

-Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate up to executives and across project teams

-Ability to deal with ambiguity

-Ability to drive requirements definition and development of testing strategy and plans

-Provide process leadership; develop detailed knowledge and understanding of key business processes and their cross-functional impacts

-Create and maintain artifacts/content/tools used on projects across all delivery stages

-Monitor and report on project status and health, manage issues and risks

-Plan, develop, and deliver role-based, team member communication and training associated with project solutions


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end Workday implementation across multiple subsidiaries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the project stays on schedule and meets organizational goals.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful deployment.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and reporting to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the implementation process, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Scrum Master experience
  • Proven experience managing large-scale Workday implementations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex environments and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule with time in the Eden Prairie office.
  • Local candidates preferred.
