**The Role**

As the Vice President of Asset Management, you will oversee the operational management of our diverse assets, which include island properties, mainland offices, and potential urban campuses. Your role involves collaborating closely with various teams to ensure smooth program operations and supporting strategic initiatives in line with our newly adopted organizational plan.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage leases, island operations, and facilities maintenance.
  • Coordinate logistical support for educational activities with program teams.
  • Oversee procurement, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies and climate resilience initiatives.
  • Lead the management of insurance contracts and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and board committees on asset management strategies.

**Qualifications**

  • 7-10+ years of leadership experience in real estate or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management and revenue forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Ability to manage operations across multiple locations.

**Reporting**

You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with senior management and board committees.

**Work Environment**

The role primarily involves on-site work on our island location in Boston Harbor, with flexible remote options during off-peak seasons. Physical requirements may include occasional heavy lifting and outdoor activities.
