The Atlantic Group has partnered with a reputable real estate company in Boston, MA that is looking for a talented Portfolio Analyst to join their team


The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain and update financial models for the firm’s portfolio of assets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update accurate projection models for real estate assets using Excel, Argus Enterprise, and Yardi.
  • Collaborate with Asset Management and Accounting teams to analyze asset and market data.
  • Review and validate third-party appraisal reports and market values.
  • Regularly update models with financial data from Yardi and tenant leases.
  • Prepare and present asset reviews, including performance and variance analyses.
  • Document and maintain accurate historical data.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial modeling, particularly in Excel.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Argus Enterprise; experience with Yardi is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in real estate, particularly with real estate documentation and valuation, is preferred.
