The National Intelligence University (NIU) is the Intelligence Community's sole accredited, federal degree-granting institution. It serves as the intellectual hub for the intelligence profession, preparing today's leaders for tomorrow's challenges.
Mandatory Requirements:- PhD or equivalent from an accredited college/university.
- Superior higher education experience as an administrative leader in a university with progressively responsible roles (e.g., department chair, director, associate dean, dean or associate provost).
- A substantial record of excellence in teaching at an accredited college/university.
- Credentials and professional activity that qualifies candidate for the rank of Associate Professor or above.
- Superior experience leading academic initiatives such as assessment, program development, and strategic planning.
- Superior communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex information both in writing and orally.
- Expert ability to collaborate effectively with senior administrators, colleagues, students, and community partners.
