Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the team responsible for incentive compensation, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure precise and timely processing of commission and bonus payouts.
  • Lead the team handling new hire and compensation change requests, working closely with sales leadership and finance teams to facilitate the implementation of new hire offers and adjustments to compensation plans.
  • Ensure compensation structures are accurate and compliant, in close collaboration with the legal department.
  • Engage proactively with sales managers and finance partners to maintain consistency and precision in new hire offers and adjustments to compensation structures.
  • Regularly review compensation frameworks to promote uniformity across roles and geographic areas.
  • Manage team responses to inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Interpret relevant laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels to support compliance in compensation practices.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in incentive compensation or related fields
  • 2+ years in a management level role overseeing a team
  • Experience with Workday HR systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in the development, communication, or facilitation of compensation or rewards initiatives
