LocationWe are located in Charlotte, NC, offering a hybrid work arrangement with 4 days in office and Fridays remote.
Job DescriptionThis role is crucial for managing payroll processing across multiple states, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and accurate deductions. Responsibilities include performing audits, troubleshooting discrepancies, and maintaining payroll accuracy. The successful candidate will develop and communicate payroll schedules, generate reports for management, and assist with financial reconciliations.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will require:
- 5-10+ years of payroll management experience with extensive experience using Workday payroll
- Multi-state payroll experience required including NY and CA
- Supervisory experience required
- Experience with salary and hourly payroll is highly preferred
- Global experience preferred
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 based on the location and industry standards.
