Wireless Mobility Senior Telecom Analyst:

Our client is seeking a skilled Wireless Mobility Senior Telecom Analyst to support and optimize wireless mobility infrastructure across the organization. This role is pivotal in managing telecom operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective support and strategic alignment of wireless mobility services.


This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.


Wireless Mobility Senior Telecom Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Manage ticket queue in ServiceNow, responding to and resolving wireless mobility service issues.
  • Update and maintain knowledge-based articles to streamline support for wireless mobility services.
  • Action telecom requests, including carrier changes, line transfers, and return-to-inventory (RTI) processes.
  • Partner with telecom vendors to review optimization reports and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sourcing, Finance, Legal, and HR to support wireless mobility service roadmaps.
  • Provide expertise in wireless mobility services, including mobile devices, plans, and technical support.
  • Serve as an escalation point for customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to align business requirements with technology solutions.
  • Analyze and improve IT processes to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Gather feedback from end-users to drive process improvements and optimize service offerings.
  • Responsible for creating accurate project estimates, managing project budgets, and tracking spend for global wireless mobility projects.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and technology developments to anticipate future needs.


Wireless Mobility Senior Telecom Analyst Qualifications:

  • Proven success in a fast-paced environment with complex telecom and technology requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Telecom Analyst, IT Consultant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong background in project management, including budget management and forecasting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build presentation decks and communicate to large audiences.
  • Proficiency in system database management and troubleshooting.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Effective influencing skills and the ability to interact confidently with senior leadership and vendor partners.
  • Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework is highly beneficial.
  • A collaborative approach focused on quality, proactive planning, and strategic alignment with business needs.
