Position Overview: Zoovu is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing strategy and execution. The Director of Product Marketing will play a crucial role in defining and driving our go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging to ensure the successful launch and adoption of our products. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive business growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive market adoption and growth.
    • Lead and mentor the product marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to align product marketing initiatives with company goals and objectives.
  • Define and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring successful market entry and customer adoption.
  • Develop and communicate clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Zoovu in the market.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product marketing strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with product management to align product development with market demands and customer needs.
    • Partner with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, product demos, and competitive battle cards.
    • Collaborate with the customer success team to gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve product offerings and messaging.
    • Partner with the Brand and Content team to create high-impact marketing content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars.
    • Work with Growth marketing to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive product awareness and lead generation.
    • Utilize digital marketing channels, such as social media, email, and search engine marketing, to reach target audiences to help achieve product marketing goals.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales enablement strategy to empower the sales team with the tools, resources, and training needed to sell Zoovu's products effectively.
  • Create and manage a library of sales enablement materials, such as product guides, feature comparison charts, objection handling documents, and competitive analysis.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for the sales team to ensure they are well-versed in product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted enablement programs to address them.
  • Performance Measurement:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing initiatives.
    • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience in the SaaS or technology industry is highly preferred.
