As Global Sales Director, you will be responsible for the establishment and expansion of the client base in the United States & Canada. This position will also be in charge of developing and implementing growth-oriented sales penetration strategies in a variety of vertical sectors.
- Develop strategies to penetrate Multi National Company (MNC) accounts to increase market share in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and the Netherlands to achieve organizational goals.
- Drive customer attraction and retention strategies to improve MNC customer loyalty as well as existing business expansion.
- Drive the revenue growth of all freight forwarding products, holding budget accountability.
- Drive the RFQ response for the assigned Strategic Customer(s), ensuring region support is assigned to drive offered business opportunity.
- Drive collaborative efforts internally by supporting and sharing best practices in the areas of client reviews, strategic business plans, value-add programs, process improvements, RFQ/RFI management.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing department to build successful digital campaigns aligned with strategic growth direction.
- Freight forwarding industry knowledge of Air Freight and Ocean Freight is mandatory.
- Logistics know-how of Transpacific Eastbound and Westbound traffic.
