JPMorgan Chase Treasury Sales Group Manager - Life Sciences - Executive Director in Boston, Massachusetts

As a Treasury Sales Group Manager in Commercial Banking, you will lead and develop Treasury Management Officers, Associates, and our Analyst group. You will play a key part in delivering an exceptional experience for clients while mitigating risk and appropriately guiding the team. You will develop partnerships with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership (Core Cash, Card, and Commerce Solutions), and Implementation teams. You will use your deep understanding of the treasury and leadership skills to develop and execute a strategy localized to market, growth, and product.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead, hire, and manage a team of Treasury sales professionals to achieve positive performance results.
  2. Lead with direction and coordination building successful relationships.
  3. Monitor staff performance, providing appropriate coaching, recognition, and feedback.
  4. Build collaborative internal relationships with the Regional Treasury Sales Team, bankers, and other internal partners.
  5. Participate in partner meetings and communicate key Treasury Management messages in a timely and accurate manner.
  6. Protect the firm by applying sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  7. Develop and implement client, market, people, and business strategies.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  1. 7+ years of sales and industry experience.
  2. 3+ years of sales leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build, direct, and manage a sales/relationship management team of parallel size and scope.
  3. Knowledge of treasury products and solutions.
  4. Highly motivated, independent worker within a team-oriented culture and focus on DE&I.
  5. Ability to communicate and present to large groups.
  6. Demonstrated sales coaching abilities including successful sales and marketing skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  1. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  2. Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.
  3. Superior analytical and quantitative skills.
  4. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
