Position Summary:

The Project Manager will oversee the implementation and coordination of consulting services while driving business development initiatives. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker capable of managing complex projects and identifying opportunities to grow client relationships and expand service offerings.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Service Integration: Coordinate the seamless implementation of services such as billing, credentialing, staffing, and EMR enhancements for client practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure project success.
  • Timeline & Budget Oversight: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented services, driving improvements where needed.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve implementation challenges with innovative, client-focused solutions.


Business Development:

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to identify needs and expand service offerings.
  • Market Analysis: Research and identify opportunities for business growth within the healthcare consulting space.
  • Proposal Development: Develop and present tailored service proposals to prospective and current clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align project delivery with business development goals.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with complementary service providers to enhance offerings.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally in healthcare or service-oriented industries. Proven track record in business development or sales is highly desirable.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and healthcare operations is essential.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
