The Project Manager will oversee the construction of luxury custom homes in Martin County and Palm Beach areas. This role includes managing the full project lifecycle, from design coordination to final handover, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, client satisfaction, and adherence to timelines and budgets. The Project Manager will work closely with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients, handling procurement, scheduling, and day-to-day project operations, while ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.

- You have not worked as a Project Manager or in the construction industry

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise luxury custom home construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
- Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to avoid project delays.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with building codes, safety standards, and zoning regulations.
- Provide regular project updates to clients and stakeholders, addressing any issues or changes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing luxury custom home construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the Martin County and Palm Beach areas is a plus.
