- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of investment professionals. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and clients. Analyze investment performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Compliance: Ensure all investment activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Implement best practices in risk management and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA, CFA, or other relevant advanced degree or certification is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in investment management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in managing substantial investment portfolios and leading a team.
- Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and risk management techniques.
- Attributes: Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong leadership and team-building skills.
