Job description

The Conference Registration Specialist assists in registering meeting attendees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As the Conference Registration Specialist, your role is to do the following:

  • Create shipping labels.
  • Create name badge lists.
  • Create a “Save the Date” document for programs.
  • Create attendee certificates.
  • Develop polling websites.
  • Help with evaluation summaries.
  • Direct document creation (i.e. welcome booklets, confirmation letters).
  • Contact attendees to confirm registration.
  • Follow up with emails to attendees.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • HS Diploma or some college credits.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Must be technologically savvy.
  • Must be skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be able to work well within tight deadlines.

30+ hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.50 per hour
