We are seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant to join our team at Bauducco Foods to help with our innovation programs. As a key player in our marketing department, the successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, conducting research, and providing actionable insights to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent data analysis skills.


Duties:

  • Verify and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior, customer, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the brand utilizing data tools;
  • Own the relationships with data suppliers to ensure data accuracy and timing needed to align with reporting deadlines;
  • Assist in developing Innovation - Participate in product launches: Develops, manages, support material and tracks content needs across product launches and other marketing content development initiatives;
  • Create reports on innovation performance, consumer complaints, new product launches etc.
  • Drives or supports brand activations in accordance with the brand plans, objectives, identity, including execution of sales materials & trainings, media/owned content development, and events, execution;
  • Coordinates marketing activations across cross-functional teams to execute small/large brand & marketing campaigns.
  • Supports KPI tracking, measurement and analysis of in-market performance and innovation evolution.
  • Build templates for presenting data and insights in internal and external presentations.
  • Supports internal communications for campaigns & marketing programming.
  • Supports organization of Marketing Team Meetings and Engagement initiatives.\


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years marketing and/or analytics experience preferably within Consumer Packaged Goods
  • Previous experience in consumer/shopper marketing using consumer/shopper data and insights a plus
  • Nielsen data base experience is preferred (can be trained)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Living in Miami, 5 days in office (This is not a hybrid position)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with strong follow-up and follow-through
  • Superior time management skills (i.e. ability to prioritize tasks according to strict deadlines)
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Spanish and Portuguese a plus
