Role Summary:

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for achieving aggressive sales targets, proactively engaging clients to communicate the value of our services, and maximizing conversions. This role combines strategic sales efforts with front-desk duties, ensuring a seamless client experience from check-in through billing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Drive revenue by converting leads into clients, upselling additional services, and managing follow-ups to optimize client retention and satisfaction
  • Client Acquisition: Develop strategies for engaging new leads, including personalized consultations and building trust through detailed knowledge of our weight loss offerings
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Sales Tracking: Monitor and track sales metrics, reporting on conversion rates, revenue, and client retention; adjust strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Client Onboarding and Administration: Greet clients, check them in, and manage billing with precision to maintain a smooth, client-focused environment at the front desk


Qualifications:

  • Sales Expertise: Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of driving revenue and exceeding sales targets, preferably in health and wellness
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated success in achieving sales growth, with a strategic mindset for overcoming client objections and closing deals
  • Bilingual Advantage: Spanish-speaking is preferred, enhancing client relations and outreach efforts
  • Administrative Skills: Experience with billing, CRM software, and handling front desk responsibilities with attention to detail
  • Personable and Persuasive: Exceptional communication skills, able to build rapport quickly and effectively convey the benefits of our services
