Main responsibilities and Key Result Areas: Complaint and Proofing Management

Enter Sample request via Sharepoint into SAP.

Drive process in customer service and with other departments.

  • Responsible for Pruning materials and Quality.
  • Material setup and master data maintenance of materials in SAP.
  • Monitor and track order entry and deliver creation errors.
  • Work to develop corrective actions through root cause analysis tools within the Department.
  • Support Maxime order entry and transition with new material set up and master data.
  • Backup Customer Accounts and support team as needed.

Professional qualifications and knowledge:

Experience interacting with internal departments and external customers

Knowledge and capabilities with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), SAP and other web-based applications including Customer Portal, CRM.

SAP experience a strong plus

Extraordinary email etiquette and grammar


Team Player – needs to fit in with a team and excel at working together to get things done
