Office Manager

Pay: $25.00/hour
Overview: Our client, a residential real estate investment company, is seeking a temporary Office Manager. This position will report to the Senior Managing Director and requires someone to be fully in-office Monday - Friday in their office in the RiNo neighborhood. There is around 9 staff on any given day that work out of the office. This could be a potential foot-in-door opportunity, especially with someone who has a bookkeeping background.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid meal break)
- Assignment Length: 3-months +/-
- Start: ASAP
Duties:
- Liaison for communication with building property management
- Mail management (incoming and outgoing)
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization (filing and labeling) of the office space
- Take meeting minutes in weekly team meetings
- Assist the Development and Construction teams to process and code invoices to different project
- Process expense reports through Excel for the Denver Office team members
- Take inventory of supplies and order supplies as needed
- Make outbound calls to sub-contractors and service providers regarding payments are made, answering questions, sending W9 forms, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree is preferred, High School Diploma is required
- 1 + years experience in a professional office setting doing administrative, bookkeeping, or office management duties
- Real estate industry experience is a strong plus
- Ability to be proactive and anticipate office needs
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Solution oriented mindset
- Bookkeeping experience is a strong plus
