The Role:

We are looking for a Director, Talent Partner who knows how to find and deliver great talent while inspiring others around them. In this role, you will lead Talent Strategy. You will focus on recruiting top industry talent, developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies for current and future roles, screening, interviewing, and recommending candidates for hire, influencing, motivating, and maintaining the interest of strong candidates, managing “Best in Class” candidate experiences throughout the interview process, and simultaneously maintaining strong consultative relationships with internal teams and hiring managers. Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruiting cycle, from Talent Acquisition phone screen to offer extension.
  • Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop position profiles and understand overall needs and requirements (Description, salary, timing, expectations, etc.).
  • Provide hiring teams the critical information needed to assess and hire the best talent for the organization, developing strong opinions backed by data and insights.
  • Identify and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, leveraging technology and our internal sourcing engine to get the job done better, faster, and more efficiently.
  • Regularly build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs, maintain ATS data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with leadership and key cross-functional stakeholders internally.
  • Drive technology, process, and teamwork efforts to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Deliver against aspirational hiring goals to provide consistent results and measurable progress in our growth environment.
  • Possess and embody our company culture and values, and establish a reputation with the business of high integrity and top performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8-12 Years+ of full life-cycle recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make decisions promptly and with confidence.
  • Experience and ability to manage external search firms.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented.
  • Collaborative and positive.
  • Willingness and ability to provide best-in-class stakeholder experience.
  • Deep understanding of the sourcing discipline and possess extensive experience building and delivering high-impact sourcing strategies that deliver meaningful results.
  • Demonstrated expertise in passive candidate activation and engagement strategies.
