Talent Acquisition Partner

We are looking for a tech savvy and candidate-centric Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global TA team, and to be our first TA team member based out of Bynder's awesome office in Boston.

We are an ambitious team, and our focus is on the quality of hire, sourcing and employer branding

As our new TA Partner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment for all our US based roles (but not limited). You are creative, driven and always follow through on the hiring processes - from beginning to end, you own it You do this with humour, positivity, and a calm demeanour. With your strong interpersonal skills and a solid tech understanding you are able to find us the gems in the industry.

We're looking for an optimist with grit and determination, who is excited to face the challenges of a growing scale up and keen to create their own story with us. 

What will you do:

  • Own and drive all aspects of the hiring life cycle
  • Maintain a high level of transparency and proactiveness in communication
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess talent needs and provide expertise and guidance around diverse and inclusive hiring plans and strategies
  • Deliver consistent results by developing sourcing strategies (that include passive candidate search as well as active applicants) that maximise the qualified candidate pool and identify sources that drive diversity
  • Be passionate about tech and why people should work at Bynder
  • Proactively share relevant data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Focus on providing a Best in Class candidate experience at every opportunity to all candidates (passive and active candidates).

What will you bring:

  • Proactive mindset and out-of-the box thinking
  • Can-do, hands-on mentality
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting for commercial roles in SaaS company
  • You know how to source, engage and close top talent
  • Experience working with ATS systems and among others LinkedIn Recruiter
  • You have an excellent command of English
  • You enjoy working in a team but can equally work independently.
