  • Develop and maintain written standard operating procedures, how-to documents, and workflow diagrams.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to mitigate operational risks.
  • Oversee internal audits and collaborate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations.
  • Technology and Innovation:

Oversee the enhancement of our technology infrastructure including integration, adoption, workflow efficiency, and an optimized user experience (internal employees and external client).   • Day to day management and maintenance of the complete technology stack, taking ownership and understanding of all tools and their various functions.
  • Lead the development of a technology roadmap. Participate in the evaluation of new technology and implements technology solutions to improve efficiency throughout the organization.
  • Provide ongoing support, supervision, training, and development opportunities for all technology users, offering guidance and informing best practices to build comfort with the tools. Develop and maintain written standard operating procedures, how-to documents, and workflow diagrams.
