What are they looking for?
They are seeking a talented Tax Manager specialising in Federal Tax to join their dynamic team. As a Tax Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing engagements, providing technical expertise, and developing client relationships. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and collaborate with experienced professionals in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
️Lead and manage complex federal tax engagements, including compliance and advisory services for a portfolio of clients
️Provide technical expertise and guidance on federal tax issues, regulations, and strategies
️Develop and maintain strong client relationships, become a trusted advisor on tax matters and business planning
️Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative team environment and supporting professional development
Requirements
️Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification preferred
️Minimum of 5 years of recent public accounting experience, with a focus on Federal Tax
️Proficiency in tax preparation software (such as CCH ProSystem fx, Thomson Reuters UltraTax)
