Data Product Manager


We are looking for a Data Product Manager. The Product Manager will be responsible for understanding where the data comes from (e.g., SAP), where it sits (e.g., Data Lake in Azure), and how it will be used (e.g., reporting, KPIs, financial reports).


Data Product

A "data product" is a curated collection of data, processed and packaged in a way that provides actionable insights to users, solving a specific business problem by making data accessible, consumable, and meaningful for decision-making; essentially, it's a ready-to-use data asset that can be a database table, report, visualization, or even a machine learning model, designed to address a particular need within an organization or to be sold externally.

Role

  • Manage product itself
  • Point of contact for the business
  • Interact with business to understand business requirements including improvements

  • Manage backlog - Establish priorities and responsibilities
