Overview

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Infrastructure Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of management.
  • Must have experience with dealing with all facets of operating a data center—floor space, air flow, power, cooling, ventilation, security, access, "green" design concepts, etc.
  • Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing infrastructure IT projects and operations in an organization similar in size to DISA J6 C4.
  • Demonstrated successful working knowledge and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in infrastructure-related areas in efforts similar in size and scope as referenced under this PWS.
  • Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to infrastructure operations.
  • Must have experience in operating and maintaining enterprise level infrastructure operations.
  • Must have experience in evaluating and establishing facility requirements.
  • Must have expert knowledge in translating high level functional and technical requirements for infrastructure based on interactions with the user community.
  • Must have working experience with modernizing and sustaining enterprise classified infrastructure.
  • Must have experience with base-lining infrastructure resources (floor space, power, cooling).
  • Must have experience with facility capacity planning, including space, power, and HVAC.
