Job Description:

  1. The contractor shall provide regular and/or daily support to EM-2.3, 2.31 and 2.32. Services will include communications support, key document rollout, analysis and development/production of newsletters, input to web pages, technical writing/editing, and analysis and development/production of written products.
  2. The contractor shall support producing photos, videos, podcasts, and other multimedia products. Services shall include writing and editing scripts, recording, editing, and producing videos and photos using video and still cameras and professional lighting, transmitting products to required recipients, and managing videos on YouTube or other channels. The contractor will support EM-2.3 in maintaining an inventory of video and camera equipment, accessories, and ensure equipment/accessories are stored on-site at Forrestal in an organized manner.
  3. Develop a template for an email digest that will be sent out weekly to the EM complex employees – both federal and applicable contractors. This template should include sections for recurring information and the flexibility to include other information that is not recurring as needed. Each week, create a digest of information to be sent out using the developed template.
