Position Overview
Our client, a Global Financial Services company is seeking a detail oriented Customer Service Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service to clients using a background check/screening system, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Engage with clients via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion in compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Develop and maintain an intermediate understanding of one or more products, as well as relevant industry policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with leadership to implement changes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in systems and software, including HRIS platforms, Salesforce, and other relevant tools.
- Accurately document all client interactions.
- Serve as a mentor and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
- Perform data input tasks while maintaining strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required.
- Associate degree or higher is preferred.
