We are actively seeking a Payroll Analyst for one of clients near Smyrna, GA. This is a contract to hire opportunity to join a company that values growth and development. The perfect candidate would ideally thrive in critical thinking spaces, have a good attitude, and enjoy problem solving.
Job Responsibilities for the Payroll Analyst:
- High volume (~3k+ employees) processing of bi-weekly and weekly union and non-union payroll
- Executing union deductions and assisting with set up
- Research and resolve any employee payroll inquiries or issues
- Work cross-departmentally
- Responsible for submission and processing of final payroll and audits (union) to ensure accuracy
- Ad-hoc projects as needed
Job Requirements for the Payroll Analyst:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 3+ years of experience in high volume, multi-state environment
- CPP or FPC preferred, not required
- Intermediate excel skills
- College degree preferred, not required
