Client Experience Associate

VRGL is a high-growth software and data analytics company serving the wealth management industry. Its products and services revolutionize the way RIAs and wealth managers attract and grow revenue through client acquisition by quantitatively assessing a client’s current investment portfolio with where it could be if they transitioned to a new wealth management organization. This immediate transparency allows financial advisors, wealth managers and anyone with brokerage and custodial statements to instantly extract data and quantify what a change means to them. Through VRGL’s “5 Pillars,” a financial advisor can quickly help a prospective client identify the advantage of a switch. No more steak dinners and golf outings over years to develop a relationship, go straight to the heart of why they are talking to you. Value Add.
Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the relationship with VRGL clients
- Work to establish a trusting relationship with individual clients and continually work to ingrain VRGL into their processes by executing on established critical goals and other key performance indicators
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to develop processes and system improvements that will positively impact the clients’ experience
- Relay the voice of clients to internal stakeholders
- Train new clients on system workflows and existing clients on enhancements
- Implement client environments with custom set-up work
- Conduct quarterly reviews to drive client satisfaction
- Monitor client usage levels to ensure a high degree of engagement
- Track and mitigate risk or issues that can negatively impact client relationships
- Identify success stories and secure client testimonials and references
- Gather product feedback and collaborate with VRGL Product team to develop and release features that will improve UI/UX and enhance user outcomes
- Track activities of clients and competitors to formulate a prioritization list of product features or re-prioritization of current roadmap items
- Assist clients by monitoring support channels and owning internal communications with Operations, Analytics, and Product teams regarding real-time client questions, concerns, and delays
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
- 0 – 2 years experience in software or financial services space
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
