About Avivo:
Our Recovery Services Division is focused on providing a continuum of integrated services, including access, clinical treatment, care coordination, and recovery support. We are committed to delivering innovative, person-centered, strength-based, and outcome-driven services using harm reduction, evidence-based practices, and a trauma-informed approach.
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Lead and mentor the teams in our Community Support Program, Adult Mental Health, Targeted Case Management, Care Coordination, and Mental Health Clinic.
🔹 Oversee the recruitment, hiring, retention, and development of a diverse workforce.
🔹 Manage and supervise staff, ensuring clear performance expectations and fostering open communication.
🔹 Ensure compliance with ethical standards, licensing requirements, and organizational policies.
🔹 Serve as the Clinical and Program Director for the Mental Health Clinic, leading clinical supervision and billing operations.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Master’s Degree in a Mental Health field.
✅ Licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or dual licensure).
✅ At least 10 years of experience in community-based programs and 5 years in management within mental health and chemical health services.
✅ Strong clinical supervision and budget management experience.
✅ A commitment to diversity, culturally responsive services, and providing trauma-informed care.
