The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, the Program Director will require a Bachelor's degree in Mental Health or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a behavioral health setting, including some experience providing Targeted Case Management services directly or history of supervision of Targeted Case Management. Experience with an electronic health record at an administrative management level is also required. Additionally, the successful candidate will possess a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, with experience working in a diverse continuum of services in a fast-paced, growing organization.

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,918 - $82,397, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package includes comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, health savings account (HSA), nice healthcare, dental plan, dependent care flexible spending account (FSA), basic life/AD&D & voluntary life/AD&D, long-term disability, critical illness, accident insurance, and short-term disability. Option to purchase additional benefits, such as 401(k) and pay holidays & generous PTO, as well as flexible schedule options, including hybrid and remote work arrangements.
