Your Role
As the Integrator/Chief Operating Officer (COO), you play a key role in helping Avivo achieve its vision by overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the organization. This role ensures that the company's vision is translated into reality, with a focus on the execution of strategic plans and improving the overall efficiency of the business. This Integrator serves a crucial role under EOS as it ensures alignment between the Visionary's big ideas and the day-to-day execution required to achieve business success. The Integrator is responsible for ensuring that all the key functions of the organization are aligned and working efficiently to achieve the company's goals. The Integrator is a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Lead and coach the leadership team, ensure clarity of roles, and foster collaboration across departments.
  • Implement Avivo's strategic vision by aligning projects, managing operations, and driving performance through EOS tools like Level 10 Meetings and Scorecards.
  • Optimize workflows and address operational challenges to enhance efficiency and results.
  • Act as a bridge between the Visionary and the team, ensuring consistent alignment and transparency.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance, financial audits, and contractual adherence.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and actively contribute to Avivo's initiatives to undo racism and reduce disparities.
Qualifications

What You Offer
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
    • Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
    • Proven track record in senior leadership, operations, and implementing EOS frameworks.

    • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to create structure, prioritize competing demands, and deliver measurable results.
