- Optimize the use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to achieve production targets and cost efficiency.
- Develop and manage the plant's budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining production quality.
- Lead initiatives for process optimization, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
- Provide strong leadership to plant personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and encouraging professional growth and development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing a plant's operations
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence and achieving business goals.
