Responsibilities:

  • Open office every morning at 9am
  • Greet all visitors
  • Maintain exceptional organization and cleanliness in the stockroom and office
  • Organize and keep accurate inventory of all products in stockroom
  • Spearhead sample re-orders as stock goes low
  • Order and put away all office and stockroom supplies
  • Receive incoming deliveries
  • Send product samples to customers
  • Pick, pack, label, and ship in an organized and professional manner
  • Manage UPS / Fedex accounts and pick ups
  • Input and track all incoming and outgoing sample deliveries in an organized spreadsheet - includes sample production timeline and costs
  • Follow up with customer to make sure that package was received
  • Send team reminders about internal meetings and other calendar events
  • Organize office events
  • Spearhead office lunch orders
  • Coordinate scheduling with cleaner, pest control, water deliveries, etc.
  • Book and manage travel for executives
  • Support logistics team with admin related activities
