R&D Engineer II/III – Join Our Innovative Team

Are you a creative, hands-on engineer looking to design and develop cutting-edge medical products? We’re seeking an R&D Engineer II/III to lead the design and development of new products in the Cardiac Surgery, Ophthalmology, and IV Therapy markets.


As a project leader, you'll manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. You'll drive the technical design of products, develop prototypes, and implement electromechanical systems. Your role will also include sustaining engineering and CAPA projects, with a focus on regulatory compliance and quality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and prototype components and systems.
  • Lead design for manufacturing and process development.
  • Solve technical issues and perform design validation.
  • Collaborate on safety, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide mentorship to junior engineers and technical support for ongoing projects.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related).
  • 5 years of product design and project management experience.
  • Experiences of manufacturing processes, electromechanical systems, and CAD (SolidWorks preferred).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
