The Trader Service Sr. Team Manager provides team-based leadership within the Trader Service organization. This Sr. Team Manager inspires and models behaviors that enhance client relationships. This role drives personalized service, enabling Trader Service professionals to enhance client loyalty by making mature business decisions while deepening relationships within the Active Trader client base. The Trader Service Sr. Team Manager inspires a shared vision, supporting team members providing outstanding service to Active Trader clients via telephone and email.

 

Where You Excel:

As a Trader Service Sr. Team Manager, you’ll drive results by coaching proactive behaviors that enrich the client experience through market knowledge and education. In addition, the Sr. Team Manager facilitates team trading and service activities, including technical/fundamental analysis/guidance and trading platform support. Accountabilities include an intense focus on timely and relevant supervision, training, audit/compliance activities, and total performance management. Additional responsibilities include driving exceptional satisfaction and loyalty scores, call metrics, and delivering appropriate client solutions. A strong coaching background serving tenured and experienced employees is essential.

What you have

Required minimum skills and qualifications:

  • Active FINRA Series 7, 63, 9,10 licenses. Series 3 and 34 preferred. Series 3 and 34 required post hire if not currently active
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge regarding equity, options, futures, and Forex (FX) trading, including technical and fundamental analysis, portfolio margin, wealth management principles, and trading software
  • Experience in teaching risk management techniques and structured trading approaches
  • Proven track record of delivering comprehensive solutions
  • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance responsibilities
  • Prior experience in staffing and workforce management
  • Additional training in functional management or leadership
  • Strong work ethic and high integrity
  • Exceptional leadership, motivational, and coaching skills, with a focus on driving tangible results
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, tactical execution, analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem solving while exercising mature business judgment
  • Passion for service, a positive outlook, enthusiasm, professionalism, strong client focus, and a commitment to helping individuals develop their careers
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Ability to make tradeoff decisions that provide win-win solutions
  • Capacity to effectively organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic team environment
  • Ability to deliver worldclass service while managing complex discussions with Trader Service clients
