Marketing Administrative Assistant

London Jewelers is a premier jewelry business, family owned and operated for over 90 years. We continue to set the standard for quality and service in providing customers with the finest selection of diamonds, designer jewelry, fine timepieces and gifts, presented in a luxurious style and setting with superior customer service. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Marketing and Advertising department in our corporate location in Glen Head, NY
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Assist in organizing and coordinating details for events and upcoming projects
- Prepare spreadsheets
- Preparing invoices
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- Managing current calendar of events for company distribution
- Posting current advertising and promotions on internal portal
- Support for Marketing Department
- All other administrative duties
Qualifications/Experience:
- Prior administrative experience
- Professional communications skills both written and verbal, follow-up skills and goal oriented
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Deadline driven
- Ability to work in fast pace environment, multitask and realign priorities
Job Type:
- Full-time
Salary:
- $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
