What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and drive sales strategies and initiatives
- Participate in strategic account planning
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop effective strategies
- Analyze and improve current processes while assessing staff performance
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the medical device industry
- Proven experience hiring and mentoring a team of sales hunters
- Ability to accurately forecast quarterly and yearly sales goals
- Proficient use of Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Extensive IDN/Health network experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- C-Suite experience within hospitals
- MBA preferred, but consideration will be given to candidates with a Bachelor's Degree and proven experience leading sales teams
