What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Develop and drive sales strategies and initiatives
  • Participate in strategic account planning
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop effective strategies
  • Analyze and improve current processes while assessing staff performance
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the medical device industry
  • Proven experience hiring and mentoring a team of sales hunters
  • Ability to accurately forecast quarterly and yearly sales goals
  • Proficient use of Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Extensive IDN/Health network experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • C-Suite experience within hospitals
  • MBA preferred, but consideration will be given to candidates with a Bachelor's Degree and proven experience leading sales teams
