We’re looking for an inspirational Creative Director to drive customer-centric, breakthrough brand design across the entire customer journey. As a creative storyteller and craft-obsessed leader, you’ll help take our brand awareness and impact to the next level as we build momentum in a new product category and accelerate our growth. You’ll be stepping in to lead and grow a mighty creative team, alongside a team of powerhouse marketing leaders reporting into our VP of Marketing. You’ll get a beautiful new brand system to bring it to life and evolve it across touchpoints. You and your team will work on projects from high performance web design and integrated content programs, to out-of-home and video advertising campaigns. The perfect candidate for this role will be able to balance business performance with game-changing brand experiences, and the deep empathy needed to lead an incredible team of creatives who, together, will build the next great SaaS brand.
What you’ll do:- Manage and grow a talented, multi-faceted team of creatives across multiple continents.
- Turn business requirements into impeccable brand experiences for customers in every step of their relationship with Front.
- Partner closely with product design, business leaders, and the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in every touchpoint.
- Tell memorable, breakthrough stories through design.
- Own the evolution and consistency of our scalable design system across mediums.
- Own brand design budget and resourcing, leveraging freelancers and agencies as the work demands.
- Collaborate with other marketing sub teams to turn nascent ideas into well-scoped, beautiful design.
- Design high performance web experiences that drive business results.
- A bold, ambitious leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment with high-engaged collaborators.
- Deep experience leading creative teams in-house at a variety of breakthrough SaaS brands; 5+ years experience as Creative Director.
- A leader wired for making. You’ll have the innate desire to work hands-on in the craft while mentoring and motivating a talented team. An inspirational leader with an eye for impeccable design–and the unique blend of risk and taste to spot and manifest breakthrough campaigns.
- Proven experience designing highly performant web experiences.
- Someone who is always learning and evolving their approach to leadership and craft, and sharing those learnings with others.
- A skilled communicator who can rally teams around big ideas.
- High standards, pixel perfection, and brand consistency and continuity.
- Someone eager to uplevel our processes and create the space and plans that enable teams to explore solutions that yield unexpected results.
- A passion for the customer experience software space.
- Experience with video, out-of-home, and deeply integrated campaigns.
