  • Financial Acumen: Understand profit and loss, basic accounting principles, and financial implications.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of protein products and selling techniques.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to achieve sales goals and profitability metrics.
  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee product and supply delivery to distribution centers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with a focus on fresh protein.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
