We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Tax Manager to join the team in our National office on our International Tax team in a Hybrid or Remote capacity.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

YOUR TEAM.

This position will support our National Tax Team, which in turn supports the firm’s broader tax practice. The right candidate will have a growth mindset and look for ways to expand their knowledge within both the tax space associated with their specialized services and varying industries. They will also be eager to collaborate on thought leadership, webinars, and seminars while remaining results focused on assisting both internal and external clients in achieving their wide-ranging business goals.

YOUR ROLE. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

As a Tax Manager in our International Tax team, you will be responsible for completing tax compliance tasks along with other functions (tax research, tax planning, etc). This candidate may also be tasked with completing iTax consulting duties as needed.

YOUR EXPERIENCE. 

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of work experience in another public accounting firm
  • International Tax experience required
  • BS/BA accounting preferred; MST preferred or LLM preferred, CPA or JD degree required
  • Demonstrated writing skills a must; proposal development experience desired
  • Demonstrated compliance, management and review skills
  • Strong tax research and writing skills
  • Proven competence with MS Office and tax compliance and research software
