Job Description:


As the New Product Development Project Management Manager at Touchland, you will be responsible for leading our new product development efforts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and coordinating projects to successful completion from concept to completion. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strategic partnerships to drive innovation and growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a robust product development strategy and identify collaboration opportunities.



Product Development and Innovation:

  • Manage the end-to-end process of new product development, from ideation to launch, ensuring products align with company goals, market demand, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to develop innovative product concepts and bring them to market.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to drive innovation within the organization.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to inform product development decisions.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.


Partnerships and Collaboration:

  • Assist with identifying and establishing strategic partnerships and collaborations with external organizations, research institutions, and industry experts.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, negotiate agreements, and ensure the successful execution of collaborative projects.
  • Cultivate strong communication channels with retailers and partners to co-create custom product sets and offerings that cater to specific market needs and preferences.


Compliance and Project Management:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements in product development and partnerships.
  • Implement and oversee project management methodologies and tools to track progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal compliance and project management teams to streamline processes and optimize project outcomes.


Reporting and Measurement:

  • Measure and report on the success and impact of product development initiatives, collaborations, and compliance efforts.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of innovation and partnership initiatives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in new product development and/or project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new products and driving innovation within an organization.
  • Very strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for innovation and a forward-thinking mindset.
