• Preferred Skillset/Experience: can identify early signs of a change in patient condition, experience with Cerner,
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: sepsis, severe chronic pulmonary issues, complex diagnoses
• Personality Fit: willingness to work as a team, excellent attendance, be a problem solver not a finger pointer, upbeat and calm in difficult situations, willing to elevate issues as identified
• Required Education: Minimum ADN
