PAY AND SCHEDULE

From $20-23hr, experience compensated

Monday-Friday, Day shift.

Part-Time, 24-29 hours per week

As a Social Service Coordinator at Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, you'll have the exciting opportunity to work closely with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized social care plans. From listening to residents' concerns and providing counseling to coordinating referrals and assessing needs, your role will be dynamic and rewarding. Are you the Social Service Coordinator we're looking for?

To excel as a Social Service Coordinator at Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, you'll need to possess a blend of skills and qualities essential for success. From enjoying working with seniors and understanding the aging process to having a degree from an accredited college or university (or 3+ years of relevant experience), your background will shape your ability to connect with residents and provide effective support. As a key member of our team, your autonomy, reliability, and cultural awareness will be paramount in working with a diverse population. Your positive attitude, teamwork skills, and willingness to take on responsibilities will contribute to a collaborative and customer-focused environment where every team member plays a vital role in enhancing residents' quality of life.
