Key Responsibilities:
- Create, refine and implement a national business development strategy to identify, engage, and recruit reputable, growth-minded, and high-caliber financial advisors.
- Utilize industry experience and professional network to source potential advisors.
- Establish and develop relationships with Centers of Influence; wholesalers, third party recruiters, existing FPG Advisors, and other similar influencers.
- Strategic development of a digital marketing initiative to further promote FPG brand awareness and market penetration.
- Establish strategic relationships with key stakeholders in Osaic’s home office.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective advisors, understanding their needs and demonstrating how affiliating with FPG can enhance their practice.
- Lead prospective advisors through the deal stage/opportunity process to ensure seamless and positive experiences, partnering with and leveraging the expertise of our local Onboarding and Business Development Management Team.
- Gather data required from recruits ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Partner with President on recruitment strategies and market positioning.
- Manage the entire recruit experience process alongside the local Onboarding team: agenda setting, presenters, etc.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in business development, recruitment, or sales within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting IARs and RIAs.
- Deep understanding of the financial advisory landscape and the unique needs of independent advisors.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- CRM experience mandatory.
