denver, United States AMCI Global Full time

Automotive. It’s All We Do.

AMCI's deep understanding of the automotive industry anchors effective driving and

product experiences, dealer education, media events, and sponsorship activation

worldwide. We provide key insights and solutions for manufacturers and retailers to navigate the industry's transformation and differentiate its winners. With over 15million in-vehicle experiences, AMCI is unrivaled in the field. From the latest EV’s to the most iconic legacy brands, no company has been handed the keys to more vehicle launches and driving events.

The Opportunity...

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for engaging with dealerships across the region to deliver comprehensive product training. With a deep understanding of the Brand and strategic training priorities, you'll conduct in-dealership training sessions and provide targeted facilitation to drive results.

We’re looking for “Car People” who know the industry landscape and are true vehicle subject matter experts.

How You'll Contribute...

·     Collaborate with product development teams to stay updated on the latest product features, enhancements, and technological advancements.

·     Customize training materials and presentations to suit the needs of different audiences and learning styles.

·     Conduct hands-on demonstrations and simulations to reinforce product knowledge and application.

·     Demonstrate expertise in transferring knowledge to retail teams

·     Train Sales Associates to effectively connect product features to customers’ wants and needs.

·     Clearly explain specific tech and features

·     Build Sales Associate confidence and expertise in applying what they learn— creating “moments of truth” when customers become loyalists.

·     Most training will be conducted at the vehicle or dealer conference room with quarterly studio sessions, which will consist of walkarounds of Vehicles with Feature and Technology deep-dives and live Q&A

What We're Looking For...

·     Demonstrates resourcefulness by efficiently accessing correct answers from provided resources and seeking real solutions when necessary.

·     Exhibits diligence in understanding all materials provided, especially regarding the brand, product, competition etc.

·     Shows curiosity by seeking to understand the 'why' and 'how' behind vehicle features, not just the 'what'

·     Maintains a consistently positive attitude, spreading positivity in every interaction.

·     Proven experience in automotive product training, or dealership operations.

·     In-depth knowledge of automotive systems, components, and technologies.

·     Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.

·     Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

·     Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

·     Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

·     Willingness to travel as needed to conduct training sessions at dealership locations.
